MAKE ME A CREPE: CREPiNi specializes in crepes, and is the first crepe company in America to use automated production. Its products can be found in supermarkets, restaurants, airlines, hotels, stadiums and schools. Crepini currently distributes nationwide, exports to Canada and Mexico, and is offered at more than 1,750 stores.

MASS PRODUCERS: At its pace in 2007, Crepini could not meet growing demand and quickly recognized the need for automation. So management invested in a 10,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Brooklyn, NY and purchased custom equipment with advanced technologies that enabled the production of superior-quality crepes. More than 12 million crepes were made and sold in 2013, and margins have increased by 35 percent.
