FSO Onsite Outsourcing provides subject-matter experts to help clients with non-core business functions. While many companies suffered during the 2008 financial collapse and ensuing recession, FSO thrived. “I believe this was a transformational moment in the outsourcing business,” says CEO Mitchell Weiner. “For talent, it was a buyer’s market, … affording a level of skill and experience inaccessible in prior economies. We were able to recruit new blood from positions of service where they eat, sleep and breathe hospitality for years.” At the same time, he notes, many businesses had trimmed their ranks dramatically and needed help getting things done.

FSO’s road to growth wasn’t without bumps, however, as it took time for the company to streamline its processes from headquarters to the field, improve its finance department and fine-tune talent selections. But, says Weiner, “we have learned so much in our five short years and have been making herculean strides.” Over time, FSO plans to build strategic partnerships to help clients exceed their business goals. “We are always thinking about how we can reimagine our partners’ operations to enable possibilities previously out of reach,” says Weiner.
