IntelliDyne, LLC develops and executes solutions in cybersecurity, cloud computing, application development and other fields. The company’s marquee contract is in support of the Defense Health Agency. In all, IntelliDyne has won three contracts totaling $80.4 million to work on the agency’s network infrastructure and IT needs. “Our employees are passionate about the work they do, which is to support our mission to be our clients’ most trusted advisor,” says Tony Crescenzo, CEO of IntelliDyne.
Words of Wisdom: “The main difference between leaders and managers is that leaders have people who follow them, while managers have people who work for them.”
IntelliDyne’s DashBlox is the company’s first advanced analytics software developed in-house specifically for the government market. Its function is to help government CIOs achieve transparency, accountability and peace of mind with business intelligence. The technology interfaces with service desk, network management and data center components, and leverages data analytics to provide instant access to accurate information.
Given the turmoil that affected the government services market in 2013 and 2014, IntelliDyne has had to be nimble. “What we were looking for was, what is the next problem that needs to get solved?” says Crescenzo. “When things slowed down, we focused on learning how we could affect the outcomes for CIOs in government who had to deliver to their constituents and to the citizens — that’s what eventually drove us to realigning the organization strategically” to focus on analytics and actionable insights, he says.
