Meridian Imaging Solutions provides managed IT services and document solutions to a diverse client base throughout the DC metro area, and is also a regionally based subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. The company has been a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules contract holder for almost a decade. “We have also held major contracts with several government agencies independent of the GSA,” says Matt Williams, Meridian’s president and COO. “We take pride in the positive feedback we get from our customers.”

Meridian has a legacy relationship with Women Giving Back, which helps Northern Virginia women emerge from homelessness and get back into the workplace. Meridian has provided financial donations and professional work clothing to assist with the organization’s mission. For several years, Meridian has had an Outreach Committee, which is an employee-driven effort to help local charities in the Washington metro area. Williams provides executive oversight for the Outreach Committee, along with Meridian’s senior director of HR. Thanks to the committee, area nonprofits have received both financial and in-kind contributions.
“After learning that members of our Meridian family had relatives living with ALS, we felt compelled to create an active relationship with The ALS Association,” says Williams. “We made a large financial donation, as well as donating several new tablets to help make the lives of those living with ALS easier.”
