TLN’s first client was a financial institution in West Africa. “We conducted research and data analytics and received high praise for excellent service, outstanding employees, and our commitment to the local area,” Nall says. TLN won that contract based on its commitment to hire one third of its workforce locally and help build local capacity. Since then, TLN has grown domestically and internationally while staying true to its principles. For instance, in the U.S., TLN ensures that 35 percent of the employees it hires live and work in the community where its office is based. What’s more, TLN employees don’t lack for appreciation.
