REINVENTING A BRAND
In the mid-2000s, Collaborative Solutions reinvented itself. The company transitioned from providing on-site ERP systems consulting services to deploying cloud-based software-as-a-service applications. This move came as part of Collaborative Solutions’ decision to embrace the shift in its industry, and provide its customers with the most cutting-edge solutions. Today, the business grows as a result of its strategic partnerships with leading cloud-computing providers, a dynamic which has taken it from being a small fish in a big pond, to what CEO Carroll Ross describes as a “large player in an emerging and rapidly growing ecosystem.”

Its reinvention set Collaborative Solutions up for growth, but it also led to talent challenges.
