Jamie Sigler and Sarah Evans say one of the most “brag-worthy” perks of working at JPR is access to free hotel nights around the world, and use of restaurant gift cards from restaurant clients. The company also revamped its annual review format into what is known as SWAGGER, which replaces robotic reviews with a meaningful, attainable and transparent format. Each account team at JPR is given an annual JWOW budget to take client experience over the top. For one travelling journalist, the team created a post-trip video, and for a client who had just won an award, JPR sent a pizza with the client’s name written in pepperoni. Another important aspect of the company’s culture is the opportunity for career growth. In fact, JPR has been known to create positions for employees based on their interests and goals.
